Occupied home with homeowner’s furniture

Silver - $1000

Staging of the master bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathrooms which includes artwork, home accessories such as curtains, rugs, lamps, decorative objects and faux plants.

Vacant homes being sold for less than $500K

Gold - $2750

Staging of the master bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathrooms which includes but is not limited to furniture, artwork, home accessories such as curtains, rugs, lamps, decorative objects and faux plants.

Platinum - $3250

Gold service plus staging of secondary bedroom and/or basement or other miscellaneous rooms.

Vacant homes being sold for greater than $500K but less than $1MM

Diamond - $4,250

Vacant homes being sold for greater than $1MM

Emerald - $5,250

Diamond service plus staging of secondary bedrooms and/or basement and other miscellaneous rooms.

Payment Terms

Deposit of five hundred dollars ($500) due two (2) weeks before staging day to secure date.
Fifty percent (50%) of the total project fee less the deposit fee is due on staging day.
The remaining balance is due within sixty (60) days of staging day or upon dismantling of the stage, whichever occurs first
If the staging period exceeds sixty (60) days, a rental fee of $500 per month will be assessed.
